Found in the lower right hand corner of the Clinical Dashboard, the help icon is a red circle with a dialogue box inside. Clicking the icon will bring up the Intercom chat box. Healthcare professionals can send Current Health Support a message by starting a conversation in this Intercom chat box. Help is available 24/7.
Chat from a Current Health tablet or personal smart device
Start from the To Do List on either a Current Health issued tablet or a personal smart device that has the Current Health for Patients app installed.
Press the red-outlined “I need help” button in the top right corner.
Tap "I need help with kit"
Tap "Contact tech support"
Tap "Send us a message"
Tap "Start a conversation" and type your message. Type your message and tap the send button to send the message.
