From the Clinical Dashboard
Found in the lower right hand corner of the Clinical Dashboard, the help icon is a red circle with a dialogue box inside. Clicking the icon will bring up the Intercom chat box. Healthcare professionals can send Current Health Support a message by starting a conversation in this Intercom chat box. Help is available 24/7.
From any Current Health app
Press the 'Support' button or the red-outlined “I need help” button from the top right corner of the screen.
If prompted, tap "I need help with kit"
Choose "Contact tech support"
Tap "Send us a message"
Opt to "Start a conversation", then type your message.
Send the message using the arrow toward the bottom right of the screen
