To contact Current Health Support on the Current Health Clinical Dashboard, start a conversation through the Clinical Dashboard Help icon.
Found in the lower right hand corner of the Clinical Dashboard, the help icon is a red circle with a dialogue box inside. Clicking the icon will bring up the Intercom chat box. Healthcare professionals can send Current Health Support a message by starting a conversation in this Intercom chat box. Help is available 24/7.

Patients and healthcare professionals can also start an intercom chat through the patient’s tablet at any time by pressing the red-outlined “I need help” button in the top right corner.
