We're pleased to announce an upcoming update to the Patient Facing App. This update will be available for people using the app on their personal Android devices.

A required update that keeps the app aligned with the latest app store requirements, so you can keep receiving updates and security improvements.

Added support for the Haitian Creole language.

Improved reliability for messaging, video calls, and notifications.

Delivery method: The update will appear in the Google Play Store. If automatic updates are turned on, it will install on its own — usually within a few minutes, depending on your connection. If not, you can update manually using the steps below. For best results, make sure you have a stable internet connection.

How to Update (Google Play / Android)

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap your profile icon (top right).
3. Select Manage apps &amp; device.
4. Look for apps labelled Update available.
5. Tap Update.
