Troubleshooting Login and Email Access Issues

If you’re unable to log in to your Current Health account or your email isn’t recognized in the system, follow the steps outlined below to resolve the issue.

Scenario 1: Email Not Found in the System

If your email address is not found in the system, it typically means there is no user account associated with that email. In this case:

  • A supervisor or program administrator from your organization must submit a request for a user account to be created on your behalf. Once the request is processed, an account will be set up for you.

Scenario 2: Unable to Log in and Password Email Not Received

If you cannot log in and do not receive the password setup or reset email:

  1. Confirm Your Email Address: Verify that your email address is spelled correctly, including punctuation (e.g., first.last@domain.com). Ensure the email matches the one your organization registered with Current Health. If your email address recently changed, your supervisor or program administrator will need to submit an email update request with Current Health.

  2. Check Your Email Inbox: Look in junk or spam folders, as well as any email filtering or quarantine tools, in case the email was redirected.

  3. Clear Browser Cookies and Cache: Open your browser (e.g., Chrome). Click the “More” icon (three dots) > “More tools” > “Clear browsing data.” > Choose a time range of “All time.” > Select “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files.” > Click “Clear data,” then retry the login or password reset process.

  4. Enterprise Identity Providers (SSO) (if applicable): If your organization uses an enterprise identity provider (SSO) for login, password resets are managed by your security administrator. Follow the instructions displayed on the login message.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve most common login-related issues. If the problem persists, contact your organization's support team for further assistance.
