We’re pleased to announce a new feature update which is designed to enhance the monitoring experience by allowing more flexible time frame configurations.
Current challenge
Users currently need to manually adjust the default time frame to different intervals, depending on patient needs and monitoring setups. This process can be time-consuming and may lead to inconsistencies.
What’s new
We are introducing a more flexible approach to allow users to configure their own time frame from the Clinical Dashboard.
We are rolling out the following options for users:
One-time time frame for a Single Patient: The current state where time frame selection does not persist
Default time frame for a Single Patient: New functionality that remembers the selected time frame for this patient across sessions for this user
Default time frame for All Patients in an Organisation: New functionality that remembers the selected time frame for all patients under the organisation for this user across sessions
The feature can be accessed directly from the Patient’s Page in the Clinical Dashboard
Key release details
This change will be released to all customers on Monday, Sept 9th, 2024 (3:00 am ET/ 8:00 am GMT).
These enhancements are designed to simplify your workflow and improve monitoring accuracy. We’ll continue to gather feedback and refine these options so please continue to provide any feedback you may have to your Best Buy Health Account Manager.
